What if your best decade is just ahead?

Discover what alcohol is quietly costing you, and whether it's still possible to get that back

You already know something needs to change.

You're not in crisis. You're functioning: work, family, the outward appearance of a man who has it together. But you know something's quietly off.

Most evenings, there's a drink. Not dramatically. Just...there. It started as decompression. A way to take the edge off. Now it's just habit.

"The drink is having me, if you like. It's not me having the drink." — Grant, Scotland

You wake somewhere between 3 and 4am. Mind already going. You know what caused it. You did it anyway.

You're not looking for a label. You're not looking for a group. You're looking for a reason that actually sticks.

A private 60-minute session for men who suspect alcohol is costing them more than they've admitted.

That was my experience too. Alcohol was affecting my sleep and sharpness, but it wasn’t the whole problem.

I no longer enjoyed my job and I was worried about whether I could afford to retire.

Learning how to build an online business gave me something worth getting clear and focused for. My answer won’t be every man’s answer, but I believe lasting change becomes easier when there is something meaningful to move towards.

Here's what one of the men I've worked with said about where he was before we spoke:

"Before I met Ian, I knew things had got out of hand... I thought drinking was helping my anxiety, but it was actually causing 4am wake-ups that left me exhausted and dreading the day ahead. I knew I was heading somewhere I didn't want to go.

Ian's reframing changed everything. 'When the thing in front of you is more important than the drink in front of you, suddenly quitting doesn't feel like sacrifice.' That was mind-blowing. Simple, but it gave me something to hold onto.

Now? Sleep is night and day. The anxiety is gone. I'm more present, more empathetic, playing guitar from the soul without a beer in hand. I feel great, honestly - it doesn't feel real.

Grant, Scotland

Founding rate. First ten clients only. No commitment beyond the session itself.

The men I work with aren't in crisis. They're high-functioning, self-aware, and privately wondering how big a part alcohol has played in the gap between who they are - and who they know they could be.

What changed for Grant wasn't willpower. It wasn't a rock bottom. It was finding something worth getting sharp for. Suddenly the drink stopped being the obvious choice at the end of the day.

That's what The Cost of Alcohol Audit is designed to surface. In 60 minutes, we look honestly at what alcohol has quietly been costing you. And we start to map out where you go from here.

Not a programme. Not a commitment. Just an honest conversation to help you see what's happening, and decide what comes next.

About Ian

My name is Ian Watt. I spent five years knowing I should quit and not being able to until I found something worth getting sharp for. That mechanism is the foundation of everything I do.

I'm now a qualified sober coach. But I'm not here to coach you toward sobriety. I'm here to help you see your situation clearly, and let you decide what to do with that.

The men I work with aren't broken. They're high-functioning, self-aware, and quietly exhausted by the gap between who they are and who they know they could be. I've been that man. I know what the 3am feels like.

If you're ready for an honest conversation, I'm ready to have it.

This isn't recovery. It's a private conversation about becoming the man you know you can be.

The Cost of Alcohol Audit

Three Steps. Sixty Minutes. One honest picture.

Here's how it works:

Before the session

Before we meet, you complete a private 17-question assessment. It takes about 10 minutes and covers your drinking patterns, sleep, energy, anxiety and a sense of where your life is heading.

I read your answers beforehand, so you don't have to explain everything from scratch. We get straight to what matters.

The session itself

Sixty minutes, one to one, via Zoom.

The conversation is structured but not scripted. We follow what matters for you specifically.

I'll ask you questions most people never ask you. Not to challenge you, but to help you see your own situation more clearly than you've been able to see it alone. Most of the session is you talking, me listening, and occasionally saying the thing you already knew, but hadn't quite put into words.

What you leave with

The aim is for you to leave with a clearer, more honest picture of:

  • Where alcohol may be costing you energy, clarity and momentum.

  • What is keeping the evening pattern in place.

  • What could give you a compelling reason to make a change - and one practical next step.

Not a generic plan. Not a prescription. Just an honest picture of where you are, what it's costing you, and what's genuinely still possible.

Sometimes, saying these things out loud is valuable in itself. You won't be told what to do; you'll have space to see the pattern more clearly and decide what feels right for you.

One of the men I've worked with described it like this:

"It's given me a little taste of what it could be like." - Grant, Scotland

This session is available now at a founding rate of £47.

The full rate for this session will be £150. For the first ten men through the door, it's £47. I want real feedback from real conversations, and that feels like a fair exchange.

If, after the session, you don't feel it has given you a clearer picture of your situation and a practical next step, let me know and I'll refund your £47 in full.

If you've read this far, you already know.

You're not looking for permission. You're looking for a reason that actually sticks. That's exactly what this is.

One honest conversation. Private, confidential, and entirely on your terms.

This is coaching, not medical advice or treatment. If you experience withdrawal symptoms such as shaking, sweating or nausea when you cut down, seek medical advice before stopping alcohol. If you are physically dependent, stopping suddenly can be dangerous. Call 999 for severe symptoms such as confusion, hallucinations or seizures.
